Rhizomatic Software Synthesis End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Brian Clevinger (the author) for the use of this Rhizomatic Software Synthesis product (the software ). 

By installing, copying or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the software and any parts of the software must be removed from all storage media in your possession.

1. Software License
The author grants you, subject to the following terms and conditions, a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use this software registered to you and any files distributed with it. You may install the software on up to 3 computers under your control. You may freely make copies of the software for backup purposes only.

2. Restrictions
You may not transfer, modify, rent, lease, loan, resell, distribute, network, electronically transmit or merge this software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software, or otherwise attempt to discover the software source code. You are not permitted to copy the software or any of the accompanying documentation except for backup purposes. Your serial number and any download links for the software are confidential and must not be communicated to anyone other than the author. If you did not obtain a license and serial number from the author you may not use the software. 

3. Copyright
This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold. All copyrights pertaining to the software are owned by the author.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided to the user "as-is" without warranty of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, usefulness and fitness for any specific purpose. The author does not guarantee that the functions of the software will meet the user’s requirements, that it is 100% error-free or that any bugs in the software will be corrected in future. The user bears the entire risk of using the software and shall in no way claim the author's responsibility for damages incurred by its use or abuse, including (but not limited to) misinterpretation of the software's documentation or functionality.

5. Term of Agreement
This Agreement is effective from the date the user opens the software, and will remain in effect until it terminates.  This Agreement will terminate if the user breaks any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.  Upon termination the user agree to destroy all copies of the software that they have made.
